Rate Information
9-HOLE ROUNDS are booked at the discretion of the Golf Shop Staff based on business levels that day. Rounds can be booked up to 4 days in advance. From opening day through September 25th, 9-hole rounds will be on a space available basis Monday through Thursday, and only after 2:00PM on Friday through Sunday.
TWILIGHT RATES are for 18 holes and are not unlimited (you are not guaranteed to get in all 18 holes before dark). From September 26th through the course closing, Twilight after 3PM will be after 2PM during these times.
JUNIORS, 15 years or younger, must be accompanied by a paid adult. This rate is for 9 or 18 holes, walking or with a cart, or with a paid adult. You must have a valid Driver's License and be over 16 years of age to operate a golf cart.
Replay Policy
Replay tee times may be made in advance, on a walk-on basis, or the day of your tee time. From May 2nd through September 25th, 9 hole replays on Friday or Saturday will only be made after 4:30. Please note that regular tee times weigh precedence; therefore, if you plan on replaying, we suggest making arrangements in advance.

When you arrive at the course and check-in for your morning round, you must pay for both rounds at that time or your replay tee times will be canceled.
Reservation Information
Tee times are strongly recommended, although not required. Walk-on play is accepted on a space available basis.

Advanced Reservation Timeframes:

Regular Public Play (less than 8 golfers) - Can be reserved up to 4 weeks in advance

9-40 players - 6 months in advance

40-99 players - 12 months in advance

Groups: 100+ players - 18 months in advance
Note - Groups of 40 or more golfers must be booked through our PGA Head Golf Professional.
Cancellation Policy
Bucks Run Golf Club has a 48 hour cancellation policy for groups with 12 or less players. If you need to cancel your tee time or reduce the number of players in your group, you must do so 48 hours or more in advance. Any cancellations or reductions made inside of 48 hours cannot be refunded.

For groups of 13 or more players that have booked through our PGA Head Professional, the Cancellation Policy will vary depending on the number of people in your group. If you do cancel your tee time, be sure to record the cancellation number and the name of the person you spoke with. This is for your records and will be used to verify your tee time was cancelled. You must have a cancellation number to verify the tee time was cancelled. If you do not receive a cancellation number, the tee time was not successfully cancelled.
Dress Code &
Spike Policy
Collared shirts or mock turtlenecks and Bermuda-length shorts are accepted. Please, no t-shirts, tank tops, or halter tops. Denim is permitted in certain instances.

Bucks Run Golf Club is a soft spike only course. We require all golfers, including group events, to use soft spikes on their golf shoes while playing. We are asking all group contacts to inform their participants to change over their shoes, if they have not done so already.
