Payment Policy: All payments for Stay and Play Packages will be applied to the outstanding golf trip balance for said group. In the event of a cancellation, all Stay and Play Package deposits ($50) are non-refundable. Packages that are cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival shall be refunded the remaining balance less a 10% service charge. There are no other refunds and all refunds shall be paid within 30 days of cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Bucks Run Golf Club.
